Mary Vaz:

Mary Vaz holds the space for her clients and walks beside them on their journey of turning inwards to explore what is truly important. Doing this work creates the curiosity and capacity for her clients to realise and acknowledge how resourceful they are. She works with clients to focus on their priorities and live a life that feels more meaningful and joyful.

As a consummate life coach, HR professional, and medical spouse, Mary is drawn to coaching individuals in midlife who are at a deeper knowing that some things need to change. They may not know yet how things are going

to change in both professional and personal settings, but they know they will be an agent of that change. Her clients are from diverse cultures and professional backgrounds.


Mary is a certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), and is now completing a Life Coaching Academy (LCA) Professional Coach ICF NLP program.


Mary lives in Melbourne with her husband, JR, of 27 years. Snowy, their beloved labradoodle is the official well-being advocate in residence.
